Raise student satisfaction and free up management time
With full management overview, the student portal gives students the freedom to book rooms, sign up to open events, allocate themselves to module activities and send absence notifications, all via their mobile phone.
Via their portal, students can:
- Book rooms
- Sign up for open events via Event Signup, in accordance with rules set by the timetable manager. Any such events automatically appear in personal student timetables.
- Choose to attend optional activities via Activity Allocator.
- Notify absence via the Student Absence Notifier. This alerts the relevant administrator and records the notification on the relevant attendance registers.
- Register as attending remotely via Mobile Web Attendance. MWA is a light application designed to facilitate the marking of Attendance registers on the go using smartphones and tablets.
