ALERT YOUR STAFF AND STUDENTS ABOUT THEIR TIMETABLE CHANGES

Timetabler  Notification Service features and functionality:

  • Integration with email and SMS
  • Configuring triggers to send alerts
  • Critical event changes alerts
  • Alerting students, supervisors and tutors based on poor attendance
  • Install, configure and forget

Precious time can be wasted informing staff and students about timetable changes and poor attendance. Using Timetabler  Notification Service, administrators are able to configure triggers to fire off email and/or SMS alerts to those concerned, for example, where an event is modified by room change. Staff and students affected can automatically be alerted by email and/or SMS. Where a student has, for example, one unauthorised absence on a register, this may trigger an alert to the supervisor, tutor and even the student.

The CELCAT Notification module has been instrumental in reducing the number of unmarked registers. It is a flexible tool that can despatch reminders to both tutors and senior managers at pre- determined intervals which has played a significant role in the high level of register completions we are now experiencing.
