CELCAT Scotland User Group Meeting 2017
Date: Thursday 20th April 2017
Location: Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) Oatridge campus
SRUC Oatridge Campus
CELCAT Coordinator: Ian Grimes
The venue for the first meeting of 2017 is SRUC’s picturesque Oatridge campus just outside of Edinburgh. Although there is full day of activity planned, there will be the odd minute or two where you’ll be able to take in the beautiful surroundings.
On the agenda, we have three user presentations planned that will illustrate how to squeeze out a greater return on your investment in CELCAT software. We look forward to hearing how one college manages four campuses on one CELCAT timetable, how one institution notifies students of poor attendance and how a university manages complex room booking requests.
The agenda is enhanced with presentations from key CELCAT staff including Ivan Meyer (CELCAT Consultant) speaking on the subject why and when to automate timetabling. Irshad Khan (CELCAT Trainer) will handle a presentation on Exam Scheduling with invigilation and Richard Cooke (CELCAT Consultant) completes our trio speaking on the subject Business Intelligence and CELCAT data.
We look forward to seeing you there. Such events are a welcome opportunity to network with fellow CELCAT users, meet CELCAT staff and see how other institutions are handling the many and varied challenges confronting the education sector.
A delegate at a recent CELCAT event said this, “Excellent team, very informative, very enjoyable, thanks for a great day.” Book your place today! Just click on the link below:
